Your tasks.
You control and ensure smooth processes in our production of beverage bases and natural tea & coffee extracts You ensure compliance with costs, time and quality You coordinate daily with related departments and find target-oriented solutions for emerging issues You lead projects for the implementation and optimization of production processes as well as digitalization together with our production managers You take seasonal fluctuations into account by planning your resources (personnel, budget, materials) proactively and economically You motivate, develop and lead your employees with empathy and transparent decisions You also develop our processes sustainably     Your profile.
You have an (engineering) technical background and experience from a manufacturing (food) company You are proficient in operational work and at the same time keep an eye on the overarching strategic goals Lean management and ownership are among your principles, through which you have already achieved process improvements You work confidently with MS Office, ideally you have already worked with SAP You can communicate complex topics and decisions in a transparent and understandable way You are a strong negotiator and have a good sense of when and how to assert yourself Very good German and good English   Your Benefits Culture.
