About the role Kerry Inc.
seeks Digital Portfolio Business Partner – Connected Supply Chain at its facility located at Millington Road, Beloit, WI .
Key responsibilities Manage the regional delivery of Kerry’s Digital Transformation Roadmap in North America, specific to the supply chain function.
Liaise with the global Center of Excellence in Ireland to ensure alignment of activities in North America to the global digital strategy while managing regional systems and processes.
Partner with local North American business and technology stakeholders to scope and resource the workload associated with the digital transformation pipeline of the organization.
Focus specifically on the supply chain areas of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Scheduling, Purchasing, Third Party manufacturing, Logistics and distribution as it pertains to the North American Kerry factory and warehouse network comprising of 50 manufacturing facilities and 70 storage warehouses.
Provide day to day management of team members assigned to resource and deliver the defined project pipeline.
This will involve regular meeting cadences to review and report upon project statuses, collating feedback from analysts tasked with performing the workload and reporting project progress updates to the relevant business and digital transformation stakeholders.
Manage the Supply Chain systems solution specifically for the North American region.
Partner with business supply chain leadership to advance the supply chain systems solution and coordinate implementations for business acquisition and onboarding new warehouses, as well as manage maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements to the supply chain solution across the North American region.
Maintain the integrity of the regional supply chain systems solution and promote and monitor system and process adherence.
Lead requirements workshops and gap resolution processes with supply chain business partners and devise plans for return on investment for Kerry on its SAP implementation and coordinate the preparation of functional and data analysis specifications for RICEFWs (Reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, forms, and workflows) and delegate for delivery by supply chain business analysts in our SAP center of excellence.
Qualifications and skills This position requires a bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Computer Science or a related field and 4 years of experience as a Supply Chain IT Business Partner, Senior SAP Consultant, Supply Chain Systems and Process Manager, or related occupation.
Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with.
(1) SAP implementation and analysis experience to manage the deployment of ERP systems across multi plant and warehouse networks including acquisitions; (2) Supply chain and management experience to facilitate design and discovery workshops and fit gap analysis workshops; (3) Agile software delivery methodology to build successful teams and support structures to stand up digital product builds; (4) Managing and deploying detailed production scheduling and sequencing software (e.
.
SAP APO, Kinaxis, OMP); and (5) S&OP processes and experience with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Purchasing and Third-Party manufacturing.

Permitted; up to 3 days per week.
Travel.
15% domestic travel required to manage, coordinate and support digital initiatives in facilities across Kerry’s USA plant and warehouse network.
5% international travel required to manage, coordinate and support digital initiatives in facilities across Kerry’s Canadian and Latin American plant and warehouse network.
RATE OF PAY.
