Your Role We are looking for a Digital Assistant Intern to support the Digital team in the daily management of marketing (non-transactional) websites, ensuring operational accuracy and developing strong analytical skills.
his internship offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including both newly launched initiatives and ongoing websites.
You will be involved in website performance analysis, retroplanning updates, and bug tracking, while gaining exposure to multiple aspects of digital operations.
s processes are not fully standardized, the role requires adaptability, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.
This is a great opportunity to learn by working closely with cross-functional teams and contributing to concrete digital projects.
Main Responsibilities Digital Data Analysis.
Monitor and analyze key website metrics, create monthly reports, identify trends, and suggest improvement opportunities.
Roadmap Management.
Update retroplanning and timelines, track milestones, and support project delivery.
Bug Tracking.
Identify technical issues and collaborate with IT for resolution.
Support on Minor Digital Projects.
Assist marketing, IT, and other internal teams with smaller website initiatives, acting as a Digital reference point.
Cross-functional Coordination.
Communicate professionally with different stakeholders, adapting style and content to the audience.
Daily Operations.
Carry out operational tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Main Requirements Advanced Excel Skills.
Knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and ability to work independently with datasets.
Attention to Detail & Reliability.
Strong focus on accuracy, meeting deadlines, and ensuring consistent delivery.
Analytical Mindset.
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Previous Internship Experience.
Preferably in digital or marketing environments.
Organizational Skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Professional Communication.
Capacity to interact with various teams clearly and effectively.
Willingness to Learn.
Openness to developing new skills and adapting to project needs.
