Digital Lead - Regional Your role and responsibilities We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Solution Engineering Coordinator to join our Energy Industries Digital team that will Lead the COC team and activities in Genoa.
As Team Manager you will coordinate all the activities of the COC organizing assistance and support to Customers for all our digital applications and providing advanced services such as preventive and predictive monitoring on industrial this role you will lead the team that is in charge of the development and update of Digital Applications to achieve product goals and project milestone and You will also propose and promote new innovative digital solutions and services.

gathering requirements estimating features development effort writing specifications and contributing to product roadmap.
Driving execution from concept to live ensuring deliverables are on time within budget and at the required level of quality.
Coordinating external activities (strategic partners) with supporting organizations across the company.
Identify any project risks and work with the team to develop mitigation plans.
Capacity to manage and prioritize different concurrent tasks Planning and coordinate the Remote Service Support team activities on 24/7 to execute several Maintenance Contract.

Qualifications for the role You have strong and proven experience in leading SW development activities (from Design to deployment) for an effective design of a SW solution translating market requirements into technical specifications (MRS to SRS System Requirements & PRS Product Requirements).
Masters degree in engineering or computer science.
Minimum 5 years previous experience in similar roles.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a collaborative solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
Drives consistent development of digital solutions and processes and ensures client requirements / needs are met in a timely manner.
Excellent Skill in Planning and coordinating Team Activities providing right task priority.
