om           The role You will be responsible for leading and technically coordinating Digital Workplace projects, focusing on the implementation, integration, and optimization of solutions such as Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, security and collaboration tools.
You will work directly with clients to understand their needs, define both functional and technical architectures, and ensure effective delivery aligned with quality standards.
Additionally, you will serve as a point of reference for internal teams and partners regarding workplace technology services, actively contributing to the standardization and continuous improvement of processes.
What will you do? Foster client collaboration and engagement to achieve their strategic goals through the implementation of technology solutions aligned with the company’s products and services.
Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft technologies, ensuring the acquisition of key certifications for M365.
Become an expert, providing tailored guidance and solutions aligned with the client’s business needs.
Perform in-depth analyses of clients’ technological environments to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Design and execute digital transformation strategies to drive technological evolution within the client’s organization.
Develop adoption plans for new technologies to ensure successful integration and a smooth user experience.
Create and manage service task lists.
What we need to see from you   Extensive experience with Microsoft solutions, especially Microsoft 365.
Proficient in AzureADConnect, ADFS, MIM, Active Directory, and AzureAD for secure and efficient integration.
Implementation of security solutions, including Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender, and Exchange.
Microsoft ENTRA suite, Zero Trust approach using MS products, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Priva Skilled in device management and deployment using tools such as Intune / Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, and SCCM (nice to have).
Broad experience with productivity tools, including Exchange onPrem.
Implementation of Windows Virtual Desktop solutions.
Knowledge about Copilot and AI tools.
Accustomed to client-facing roles, with a strong commitment to meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Ability to deliver workshops to a wide audience, including CxO.
Experienced in working within teams and collaborative consulting environments, facilitating knowledge sharing and solution development.
Able to adapt to dynamic environments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
