At ShippyPro, we’ve built the most extensive online e-commerce logistics library, and we’re seeking an exceptional Product Director to lead our talented team of Product Managers and UX/UI designers.
Your mission will be to drive our product strategy, create a customer-centric roadmap, and ensure our solutions stay ahead in this rapidly evolving industry.
What you will do Report to COO and manage the product team.
hiring, supervising/mentoring, and assigning tasks across the team, fostering an environment that encourages innovation and collaboration.
Currently, the team includes 6 PMs and 3 UX/UI designers.
Create and maintain the product strategy, defining long-term goals based on customer and business needs, staying ahead of market trends and customer requirements.
Develop the product roadmap, outlining steps to achieve strategic goals, communicating plans to stakeholders, and maintaining flexibility for growing needs.
Analyze product data to understand performance, sharing insights regularly to support data-driven decision-making.
Measure results and progress by selecting and tracking relevant metrics.
What you will bring to the table 7+ years of documented experience in Product management at a managerial level (Director, Head of, VP).
Deep expertise in SaaS and B2B product development.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to formulate and communicate product strategies effectively.
Broad experience with a critical mindset, open to challenge and collaboration.
Proven ability to drive products and projects from start to finish with predictable results.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SCRUM, and tools like JIRA.

Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or related industries.
