Organise and manage electronic and physical documentation for internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Maintain and update project-specific databases, ensuring accurate metadata and version control.
Coordinate the timely compilation, formatting, and delivery of contractually required documentation.
Track deadlines and ensure smooth, efficient document workflows across all project phases.
Convert technical specifications into structured, standardised project documentation.
Support audits by ensuring documentation is always complete and compliant.
Generate progress reports and evaluations on documentation status.
Requirements.
Completed technical or commercial training (career changers welcome).
Proven experience in documentation, administration, or document control—ideally in a technical or construction environment.
Strong IT skills and proficiency in MS Office.
Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
High attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset.
Willingness to travel as needed.
