our Converting Factory in Rubiera is looking for a bright and motivated person for the position of Electrical Maintenance Expert within our maintenance team.
What you will do The Electrical Maintenance Expert is required to.
Become the Business Expert of the plants electrical system of the available documentation of the related electrical risks.
Coordinate modifications of the plants electrical system and the update of documentation.
Become the Business Expert for maintenance digital tools (SAP Document Management Systems etc).
Lead installation or upgrade projects using Early Management methodology.
Carry out planned and corrective maintenance on the production lines and systems of the Rubiera production plant ensuring the smooth running of the production process.
Carry out activities to improve the automation and control systems (mechanical and electrical) of the lines by liaising with maintenance manager production process managers department heads maintenance technicians and production operators.
Use World Class Manufacturing methodologies to perform his/her job aiming for continuous improvement of both factory and personal performances.
We believe you have The Electrical Maintenance Expert has an educational degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Required knowledge and experience.
Experience in industrial electrical systems electrical installations and modifications General knowledge of European and nationals directives on electrical systems Ability to interpret electrical drawings.
Ability to modify electrical drawings in CAD is a plus.
Experience with ERP systems and Document Management Systems.
Experience in industrial maintenance activities and in operating manual machine tools and systems.
Ability to use IT tools (Microsoft Office Excel Word Power Point Email) Experience in troubleshooting electrical mechanical pneumatic and automatic systems and analysis skills.
Basic knowledge of electromechanics and mechatronics Knowledge of the Italian language is an essential requirement as well as basic proficiency in English language.
