Embedded Firmware Engineer for Power Electronics Systems
You will play a key role in the development of embedded software and firmware for cutting-edge power electronics systems in the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement device drivers and firmware for automotive power electronics components.
Optimize software architecture with a focus on integration efficiency, CPU load, and system performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to gather requirements and deliver robust software solutions.
Support hardware and validation teams in debugging complex electronic subsystems.
Provide technical support for in-vehicle power electronics applications.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Automation Engineering, or equivalent.
Strong expertise in:
Automotive CPUs and Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS)
Peripheral management, C programming, and C compilers
AUTOSAR standards, debugging tools, and hardware testing
Proven experience in technical project management, with a track record of accountability and decision-making.
We can expect you to have strong interpersonal skills involving ability in team working, solution-oriented approach, open and constructive communication style and time management.
Location: Modena area.
