Every day, Archiproducts Milano hosts product launches, press days, temporary showrooms, pop-up shops, workshops, exhibitions, and meetings—a lively space where Design and Architecture engage with Fashion, Tourism, Sports, Food, and other creative industries.
We are currently seeking an experienced Event and Partnership Manager to expand its network and develop strategic partnerships in the design, fashion, beauty, food & beverage, culture and other sectors.
Ideally, the candidate will be in charge of proactively researching brands with interest in using our showroom and co-networking space for their exclusive events, building relationships with agencies and production teams, and managing PR activities to enhance the venue&#;s visibility and success.
Responsibilities Identify and contact potential clients (event agencies, production companies, brands) interested in hosting exclusive events in our space.
Build and manage long-term relationships with strategic partners in the fields of design, fashion, beauty, food & beverage, culture and more.
Develop and implement partnership strategies to position the venue as the primary choice for innovative and high-profile events in Milan.
Lead PR and relationship-building activities by participating in networking events and representing the venue at important industry meetings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the venue and its offerings through digital and physical channels.
Qualifications Previous experience with developing event partnerships, with a solid network of contacts in the design, fashion, beauty, food & beverage or cultural sectors.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a natural talent for relationship building and PR management.
Strong goal orientation, with a focus on achieving partnership goals and KPIs.
Capacity to work independently and be proactive while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Proficiency in English for interactions with international clients.
