The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the highest possible quality ofu00a0culinary servicesu00a0on board.
They will also have tou00a0prepare weekly ordersu00a0in accordance tou00a0budget controlu00a0andu00a0train other membersu00a0of the galley accordingly.
Other responsibilities include; ensuring implementation and execution ofu00a0food handlingu00a0andu00a0cleaning proceduresu00a0in accordance withu00a0USPH standards, creating an atmosphere in the kitchen organisation which will achieveu00a0maximum productivityu00a0and guest interaction such asu00a0cooking classes, and demonstrations.
Candidates should haveu00a0previous small 5 star cruise ship and hotel experience.
Validu00a0medicalu00a0andu00a0US C1-D Visau00a0are essential.
Candidate must have in-date and validu00a0STCW certification.
Salary.
00a0USD, GBP and Eurosu00a0u00a0(paidu00a0whilst onboard) Rotation.
