Your Impact • Ensures compliance with Company Standards of food production and presentation, including portion and quality control to deliver the highest quality and product.
• Ensures optimum daily delivery of pastry and bakery products.
• Maintains the highest standard of sanitation.
• Organizes daily working schedule for the Pastry and Bakery teams.
• Prepares and regularly reviews the inventory of the small equipment in use.
• Ensures that heavy equipment is maintained in good condition and trains the crew for a correct usage.
• Exemplary Leadership in this department.
• Supervise and monitor the correct application of food safety procedures and food quality requirements related to all processes.
Your Journey So Far • Musical knowledge and instrumentation skills are not necessary but considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of similar competitive products in the Cruise and luxury resort industry.
• Experience in diverse multinational operations.
• Proficiency in Computers.
• Basic Windows based programs knowledge.
Proficient in English.
Any additional language, particularly European languages, is considered an Your Essentials • Passport, visas, certificates as specified by the company and as required for exit from the port of origin and entry into the destination cruising area.
• Food Safety/HACCP or USPH certification.
