EXPERIENCED TEXTURE ARTIST

The ideal candidate is able to demonstrate exceptional skills in CG artwork.
He/she will collaborate with the Art Director and Supervisors to determine the appearance of the project’s 3D models, whether they are characters, environments or props.
RESPONSIBILITIES Design organic and hard surface textures to achieve desired appearance of characters, props, and environments, working collaboratively with other asset departments.
Set up complex surface textures and possibly prepare surface files for surfacing phase, developing looks to ensure that assets can be properly lit.
Excellent knowledge of applicable software packages including Substance Painter, Substance Designer and Photoshop.
Knowledge of Maya and ZBrush is considered a plus.
