Specifically, the team provides tax assistance to the group's international operations within Eni SpA's tax office.
You will work within a multidisciplinary and multicultural team, characterized by profiles of varying seniority and a dynamic and collaborative approach to work.

Support, define and implement processes relating to.
Tax Control Framework and related tax risk management, control and mitigation processes Transfer pricing and cross-border tax issues Extraordinary tax transactions, such as M&A, corporate reorganizations and restructurings EU/OECD Regulatory (DAC 6, BEPS, Pillar II) Global tax compliance, in coordination with local finance teams Required characteristics.
