We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer Emilia Romagna, who will have the possibility to conducts service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts.
Diagnoses system failures and determines most cost-effective solution.
Escalates complex issues to greater level of technical support or quality reporting system.
May develop new customer service/product agreements.
Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory.
In addition, He/She will demonstrate the ability to utilize critical thinking and analysis to make decisions, solve problems and implement solutions.
He/She'll be able to communicate and to listen honesty and to create empathy with the customer, colleagues and collaborators.
Key Responsibilities.
+ Provide Technical Customer support, on-site assistance to our hospital customers, the assistance can occasionally occur during weekends and overnight + Escalates complex issues to greater level of technical support + Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory.
Key Requirements.
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred or Biotech Technical/Electronic Secondary School Diploma + Open to travel in Emilia Romagna, driving license is mandatory + Good communication and interpersonal skills both in English and in Italian + Able to work autonomously, being a team player as well You will be part of a dynamic team in which there is a high focus on delivering results and continuous improvement, but also where having fun and teamwork is very important.
