budgeting & forecasting - assisting in financial planning, including budgets (plan) and forecasts (flex and rolling forecast).
performance monitoring - tracking business, ensuring key financial targets are met, evaluate risks and opportunities (r&o).
help to manage the r&os and put in action plans to action/mitigate to r&o.
stakeholder collaboration - building strong relationships with different departments to align financial goals with business objectives and be an ambassador driving self-service pbi (edw) reporting competenze ed esperienza university degree in finance, economics, accounting or similar 10+ years' experience in finance role, fp&a or similar demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills must also possess strong organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with the ability to develop and maintain peer relationships and possess high standards of accuracy and precision experience in a large corporate environment it literate.
