Your Journey So Far To join our team as an 1st Engineer you need to have.
Experience.
Proven experience aboard passenger vessels, demonstrating advanced knowledge of engineering systems specific to modern cruise ships.
Qualification.
Hold a valid License III/2, compliant with international maritime standards.
Technical Expertise.
Familiarity with Wartsila propulsion systems, Azipod propulsion, and state-of-the-art engineering apparatus.
Communication Skills.
Intermediate proficiency in both written and spoken English to ensure seamless collaboration with the team and stakeholders.
