About the Role.
In this role, you will support the global Food Safety & Quality (FSQ) team in activities related to raw materials, contributing to the management and improvement of quality and safety processes for specific ingredient categories, such as Flavours, Colorants, Lecithin & Emulsifiers, Chemicals & Adjuvants, Alcohol & Cherries, Spices, and Gum Base.
You will work closely with experienced FSQ professionals and cross-functional teams to help maintain high standards across our production plants and contribute to selected improvement projects and technical assessments.
Main Responsibilities.
You will support the definition and continuous improvement of Food Safety and Quality Standards and Control Plans applied to raw materials.
You will contribute to raw material risk assessments and help preparing documentation and guidelines related to supplier audits, including technical specifications and requirements.
Working alongside colleagues in R&D, Procurement, and Operations, you will take part in selected raw material projects, helping gather data and support project execution with a focus on food safety, quality, and industrial feasibility.
Your responsibilities may also include participating in internal alignment activities, supporting the selection and qualification process for raw material suppliers, and contributing to internal documentation and reporting.
You will also have the opportunity to join audits to deepen your knowledge of raw materials and strengthen your technical and auditor skills, while supporting the management of any critical non-conformities or crisis situations at area level.
Who we are looking for.
You bring curiosity, energy, and the motivation to grow your expertise in the field of Food Safety and Quality.
With a Master’s Degree in Food Technology, Food Safety, Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline, you have ideally gained 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar area and are eager to contribute in a structured yet dynamic environment.
You will bring strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach that enables you to work effectively across teams and geographies.
