FOUNDING PRODUCT STRATEGIST

We are a research and development organization specializing in building blockchain infrastructure.
We currently operate service and product arms.
The service arm provides applied research features & integrations and custom system development to a wide variety of customers including rollups L1s protocols applications and hedge funds.
Historically we have served leading Ethereum block builders rollups and protocols with deep infrastructure needs.
The product arm has delivered some of the leading low-latency solutions for transaction delivery and monitoring with products such as Fiber and Echo.
Now we are seeking a new product direction utilizing all the skills knowledge and resources we have accumulated.
Who You Are We are seeking a Founding Product Strategist to lead the technical development of our product vision strategy and execution.
You will work closely with the CEO to build our product strategy from the ground up.
This role requires a deep understanding of the blockchain ecosystem particularly infrastructure and a passion for identifying and developing novel technical products.
You will collaborate also with our engineering and research teams to understand user needs define our roadmap and guide products from initial research through to MVP development and market launch.
This is a unique opportunity to join a young yet well-known team of 6 with deep technical expertise and an extensive industry network.
Our main office is in Milan Italy.
We prefer a hybrid work culture (a minimum of 1 out of 6 weeks in person) and require availability during European time zones.

Responsibilities Develop and articulate a clear and compelling product vision and strategy with a focus on technical infrastructure products for the blockchain ecosystem.
Leverage our expertise in P2P networking performance engineering and cryptography.
Lead the new product development process from initial research and discovery through to MVP launch working closely with engineering to test ideas and translate user needs and technical research into viable products.
Build and own the product roadmap prioritizing features based on deep market analysis user feedback and technical feasibility.
Conduct continuous market analysis and research to identify new product opportunities and ensure our offerings remain at the forefront of the industry.
Understand the difference between hype and substance.
Engage directly with our community of users developers and partners to gather critical feedback and insights that inform product decisions.
Effectively communicate product strategy status and results to the team investors and other stakeholders.
Qualifications Proven track record of ideating and shipping successful technical products from 0 to 1 particularly within the blockchain / decentralized technologies space.
Deep technical understanding of blockchain technology Ethereum specifically.
Experience with the full product development lifecycle especially in an early-stage or research-driven environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
