GESTORE FIDUCIARIO / FIDUCIARY ADVISOR La figura di Gestore Fiduciario / Fiduciary Advisor ha maturato almeno 3 anni di esperienza presso Studi professionali internazionali specializzati in operazioni di finanza strutturalmente complesse o in Società Fiduciarie che abbiano collaborato con tali realtà.
La risorsa, inserita nella divisione Servizi Fiduciari, avrà le seguenti principali responsabilità.
- Sviluppo dell'attività commerciale fiduciaria caratteristica e specialistica (escrow agent, trustee, club deal, amministrazione attività finanziarie), così come di operazioni di M&A; - Esame preliminare all'assunzione dell'incarico fiduciario o di trustee di tutta la documentazione a supporto, valutandone la rispondenza con la vigente normativa civilistica e fiscale, con l'eventuale ausilio delle strutture del Gruppo e/o di professionisti esterni; - Gestione, sviluppo e mantenimento dei rapporti con la clientela e loro consulenti; - Supporto e consulenza ai clienti e/o alle unità organizzative interessate su tematiche legate ai mandati fiduciari e all'impostazione e realizzazione di operazioni a contenuto specialistico; - Rappresentanza del cliente in "eventi societari? (assemblee, patti di sindacato); - Gestione del ciclo attivo (incasso corrispettivi) relativo al mandato fiduciario; - Collaborazione con le funzioni di controllo (Audit, Antiriciclaggio) per le attività di competenza.
Requisiti.
- Laurea in Giurisprudenza o Discipline economiche - Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese - Conoscenza di base della normativa fiduciaria, antiriciclaggio e patrimoniale - Buona padronanza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e Word - Capacità di analisi, precisione e attenzione al dettaglio - Attitudine al lavoro in team e buone doti relazionali - Flessibilità e orientamento al problem solving - Capacità di gestione della riservatezza e del trattamento di informazioni sensibili - Capacità organizzative e di gestione delle priorità in contesti dinamici - Capacità di adattamento a normative complesse e in continua evoluzione Sede di lavoro.
