Location This role is open globally but location is set in Europe with a preference for Czech Republic (Prague) Finland (Helsinki) Italy (Sesto San Giovanni) Poland (Warsaw or Krakow) Spain (Madrid or Barcelona) and UK (Warrington).
The work model is hybrid #LI-hybrid.
Key Responsibilities Implement the defined sales strategy in your specified market scope (global/regional) alongside the local sales units.
Achieve accelerated market penetration and growth aspirations ensuring sustainable order growth revenue margin market share sales productivity and customer satisfaction.
Sell digital solutions to customers focusing on volume mix and profitability targets to achieve ARR.
Drive effective customer relationships including with customers digital stakeholders.
Align with customers to win with outcomes and provide tailored solutions where necessary.
Prepare detailed sales account.
Qualifications 7 years of experience in digital technology sales and business development Growth Mindset with a demonstrated Doer-Hunter attitude.
Proven track record of achieving significant acceleration in revenue growth and market expansion.
Ability and aptitude to influence and communicate effectively with business stakeholders up to the C-Suite Demonstrate experience with sales methodologies such as Command of the Message Consultative selling or other similar frameworks.
Demonstrate collaboration across sales and marketing organization and create joint successes with regional and local sales units Strong experience in developing and implementing Go-to-Market (GTM) plans and growing revenue for digital B2Btechnology-based solutions.
