As a leading biomedical research foundation dedicated to discovering and developing therapies for rare genetic diseases, we offer a unique environment that bridges basic science, translational research and clinical application.
Our research ecosystem - which includes world-recognized centres of excellence such as TIGEM (Telethon Institute of Genetics and Medicine) in Pozzuoli (Naples) and SR-TIGET (San Raffaele-Telethon Institute for Gene Therapy) in Milan - fosters cross-disciplinary collaboration in genomics, cell biology, gene therapy, gene editing, drug discovery, and clinical research.
With robust technological platforms, innovative facilities and competitive funding schemes, and a strong commitment to scientific excellence, we empower our scientists to tackle high-risk, high-impact questions.
We are looking for scientists who are eager to relocate to Italy and lead or contribute to cutting-edge research programs with strong translational potential, working in an integrated, multidisciplinary environment alongside geneticists, molecular and cell biologists, experts in genetic engineering technologies, immunologists, clinical researchers and bioinformaticians.
A unique asset of our network is the close interaction with experts in regulatory science, CMC (chemistry, manufacturing and controls), and translational development, which significantly enhances the potential for research discoveries to evolve into concrete therapeutic solutions.
Ideal candidates will be motivated to help shape the next generation of therapeutic strategies for underserved patient communities.
