Job Description How does your working day look like … You’ll always keep your cool – even when all the guests want a restaurant table at the same time You'll be in charge of the restaurant reservations You’ll be a role model to all hostesses from the first “Hello” to the final “Take care, see you soon” You’ll offer an attentive service to guests, adapting to any constraints You’ll heeds any remarks made by guests and ensures follow-up You’ll promote the F&B offer You’ll prepare the bookings and special needs as required You’ll clean and tidies the outlet and preparation areas after closing You’ll organise your work to suit fluctuations in numbers, events and guests Qualifications Your personality counts more than your CV … You’ve completed your training and have already gained your first experience in the hotel or catering business.
