Your role    We are looking for a HR Analyst Intern who will be involved in different projects aimed at improving analytics capabilities of Human Resources’ function on global level.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with different teams like Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Talent Management, Talent Development, as well as getting exposure to other areas of Human Resources’ perimeter.
Main responsibilities   Here some of the responsibilities you will have.
Support the HR teams with the definition of business processes and work on analysis aimed at monitoring new processes’ adoption rate Collaborate with HR information system team to shape and enhance HR systems Create new dashboards and reports to analyse specific HR processes Run monthly and quarterly analysis on specific HR perimeters and processes   Main requirements.
Educational Background in Management Engineering; Economics and Management; International Business Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
Solid experience with data analysis and forecasting.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present data and insights in a clear and compelling manner.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong customer focus and a willingness to take ownership of projects.
Proven ability to drive change and drive results, with a passion for data and a desire to make a positive impact on the business.
