We design and manufacture a complete range of transportation systems, from high-speed trains to electric buses and driverless trains, as well as infrastructure, signalling and digital mobility solutions.

Together with the Talent Management team and the HR Business Partner, as HR stagiaire (3+3 months duration), you will perform the following activities.
Support talent development initiatives dedicated to specific Communities in terms of development actions and training (e.
.
D&I initiatives, Learning tutorship) Support recruiting and selection activities for Staff Functions Monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for Talent Activities at Country Level Support the Italy HR community in the deployment of the People Management Cycle process and/or other development process/actions Support employer branding initiatives and, in particular, Universitary Relations to support strategic recrtuitment plans at Country level Support organization and delivery of the training plan Requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Humanities, Management Engineering or related field Interest in organizational development topics and new dynamics of HR Business Partnering Act in line with our company values.
