HSE SUPERVISOR

We are currently looking for an experienced HSE Supervisor to support the Project Management team during a turnaround at the Total Refinery in Antwerp.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with local HSE legislation and manage the Permit to Work (PTW) system
Conduct onsite HSE inspections
Serve as the main HSE point of contact for the client during both the preparation and execution phases
Collaborate with internal teams to define HSE roles, responsibilities, and tasks
Monitor adherence to the HSE Management System, ensuring alignment with local laws and client-specific requirements
Coordinate and ensure completion of all required HSE training and certifications
Required Qualifications:
Relevant HSE qualifications (e.g. VCA VOL or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector
Proficiency in English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Freelancer or able to work under B2B contract
