HVAC, MECHANICAL AND PIPING EXPERT

Due to a large capital investment and multiple projects on site, the client is looking for a HVAC, Mechanical and Piping Expert to join their team.
Responsibilities include.
Review and approve HVAC and mechanical piping designs in support of construction.
Provide technical guidance to the design team and ensure alignment with project requirements.
Act as a liaison between design and construction teams.
Coordinate inspections and testing of pressure vessels and piping systems.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
Drive meetings, push actions, and ensure accountability across stakeholders.
Review and respond to RFIs (Requests for Information) from contractors.
Gather field data and ensure design intent is maintained during construction.
Work closely with Construction and Engineering Leaders and other SMEs.
Coordinate with cleanroom and automation teams to ensure system integration.
Key requirements include.
Requires extensive experience in HVAC/mechanical/piping design and construction support.
Familiarity with regulatory clean piping is a plus.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, black utilities, and pressure systems.
Ability to coordinate inspections and testing protocols.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
German is advantageous but mandatory.
Experience with construction documentation, RFIs, and design review processes.
Familiarity with EPCM contractors.
