oversee the administration and maintenance of the erp system and other boundary applications, ensuring system reliability and performance.
manage user access, security settings, and system configurations.

provide technical support to erp users, resolving issues and answering queries related to the erp system.
troubleshoot system problems and coordinate solution creation.
data management.
ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the erp system.
conduct regular data audits and implement data quality control measures.
process improvement.
identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize business operations.
collaborate with business units and it teams to implement streamline workflows.
project management.
lead ifs projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
training and documentation.
develop and deliver training programs for users to enhance their understanding and utilization of the system.
create and maintain documentation for ifs processes, procedures, and user guides.
competenze ed esperienza the ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in ifs, data management, process improvement, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional support.

bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field.
advanced degree preferred.
minimum of 5 years of experience in erp system administration and support.
strong expertise in erp applications, data management, and process improvement.
proven experience in managing erp projects and providing technical support to erp users.
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with business units and it teams.
relevant certifications such as erp, sap, oracle, or equivalent are highly desirable.
