We are currently looking for a guest-oriented and talented Chef de Rang to join our In Room Dining Team at Four Seasons Hotel Florence! The Role of In Room Dining Server The In Room Dining Chef de Rang is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.
Always just a telephone call away, around the clock, this position provides a wide selection of food and beverage options delivered to the comfort of guests’ rooms.
Responsibilities include taking guests’ orders over the phone, describing and delivering food and beverage items conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
Our Ideal candidate will have.
A special talent and passion for delivering the highest of standards consistently and ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests.
You should have at least 2 years F&B service experience preferably in luxury environment.
You should have attention to detail, strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, the ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills, be a team player and bring your personal touch and energy to our In Room Dining Team.
This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Florence and the contract is seasonal.
You must possess the legal right to work in Italy at the time of application and have fluency in English and Italian.
