Indirect Purchasing Intern
Overview
IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY | FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS
We are looking for a passionate and engaged Sustainable Purchasing Intern to join our Indirect Purchasing team at our Global HQ in Milan.
Your Impact
In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:
• Assist with sustainability initiatives and vendor compliance processes;
• Support the preparation and analysis of purchasing data and ESG reporting using Excel;
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects (e.g. Finance, Legal, ESG, Operations);
• Support in the management of supplier offers and documentation related to tenders and purchasing procedures;
• Monitor purchase orders and procurement flows through SAP Ariba and internal systems;
• Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely data exchange.
Qualifications
• Bachelor/Master Degree in Sustainability, Economics, Management or related field;
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, charts) and Word;
• Fluency in English and Italian;
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail;
• Project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Proactive, collaborative attitude and curiosity for sustainability and procurement topics.
