Responsibilities     Accountable for the execution of construction activities in alignment with company values and priorities.
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and quality standards throughout all site operations.
Coordinate and lead construction workers and subcontractors to ensure smooth and efficient site execution.
Monitor progress and performance to meet contractual requirements and project timelines.
Act as the communication link between field teams and senior managers, ensuring clear reporting of site status and challenges.
Oversee the full project cycle, from site execution preparation to project handover.
Anticipate and resolve emerging issues, promoting a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Ensure proper construction methods and techniques are applied consistently across projects.
Support cost control efforts and contribute to budget adherence.
Prepare internal and external reports to update stakeholders on project progress.
Qualifications         High school diploma or technical education; a background in construction management or a related field is a strong plus.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction site and team supervision.
Solid knowledge of safety management procedures, electrical systems, delivery stations, and site equipment.
Previous experience in the wind energy sector is highly valued.
Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Proficient in the use of standard IT tools (MS Office, SAP).
Competencies       Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
High safety awareness and ability to handle crisis situations effectively.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Organizational mindset and capacity to prioritize under pressure.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
