As Business Developer you will.
Implement Wakams commercial development strategy in alignment with our growth objectives.
Prospect and generate leads across Italy Spain and other strategic markets.
Identify new market segments and opportunities for partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams (Product Marketing and Customer Service) to deliver seamless client experiences.
Support contract negotiations and participate in the development of commercial proposals.
Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs suggesting corrective actions as needed.
Build a new client ecosystem in Italy Spain and beyond strengthening Wakams presence in key markets.
What You Bring Degree (Bac5) in business management or a related field.
Fluency in Italian or Spanish (Mandatory) and strong English communication skills.
1 years experience in insurance with a focus on sales prospecting or commercial outreach.
