Your Role Flavor Portfolio Management.
You proactively organize and manage sensory evaluations using available resources.
from planning and coordinating sessions to preparing product samples according to specific recipes and actively participating in tastings Based on sensory results, you ensure the portfolio is regularly maintained and updated You identify promising flavor candidates to strengthen and refine the existing portfolio By analyzing portfolio KPIs, you detect gaps and work systematically to close them Flavors Applications.
You conduct lab-scale tests with flavors in various customer matrices, focusing on beverages Developing new beverage products is part of your core responsibilities You occasionally support food applications, including dairy, ice cream, and bakery products Project documentation is prepared and updated by you with precision and attention to detail You evaluate samples for client presentations to ensure high-quality flavor delivery Flavor performance in different product matrices is assessed by you to support and maintain diverse European portfolio   Your Profile You’re proactive and bring an entrepreneurial mindset to the table Taking responsibility and staying well-organized come naturally to you With strong communication and collaboration skills, you thrive in a team environment Ideally, you’ve already gathered some professional experience in the food industry Familiarity with the flavor industry and a basic understanding of statistics are a plus You communicate fluently in French and English; knowledge of German is an asset Confident in using MS Office, you’re also eager to work with diverse IT systems Working in an international team excites you, and you’re open to occasional travel   Your Benefits Culture.
