Purpose of Role The Marketing Trainee (6 months internship) will be responsible for supporting the digital marketing operations, strategies and projects of the marketing team, and management of Malaysia social media channels.
They will have the opportunity to embark on a 360° learning journey and become a part of the Marketing team.
Your Impact Graphic Design •    Work closely with stakeholders to design and develop graphics for marketing campaigns and events  •    Developing creative concepts and design solutions from initial idea to final execution  •    Ensuring all design align with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity   Digital Marketing  •    Asset coordination and management •    Content planning and management •    Support media planning •    Work closely with graphic designer and marketing team to support and design various project for marketing related campaigns and events  •    Working cross-functionally and across markets to bring campaigns to life •    Handle seeding products for athletes, ambassadors, media and KOLs •    Put together campaign recaps    Marketing & Event Support •    Event support, including real-time content capture and other duties •    Working cross-functionally to bring campaigns to life •    Liaise and negotiate with suppliers  •    Manage collateral productions  •    Organize marketing seeding products •    Support on event day.
admin and logistics •    Event support, including real-time content capture and other duties •    Liaise with partners like gyms and sports associations   Administrative Support •    Delivery of seeding products •    Arranging of seeding products upon arrivals in office  Qualifications •    An individual who is passionate about sports •    Has a strong interest in Graphic Design & Marketing  •    Bachelor’s degree in graphic design and/or marketing preferred •    A keen learner who is creative & detail-oriented, resourceful & driven •    Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects •    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint) •    Strong familiarity with current trends, color and design •    Understands the need for ownership and possesses a sense of urgency •    Able to work with a team/independently where needed •    Willing to listen, include, and respect the beliefs of teammates Workplace Location •    Location.
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia •    Working Hours.
Monday to Fridays 9am – 6pm (The role may occasionally require weekend work to support events.
In such cases, a compensatory day off will be provided.
