The role We are looking for a International Growth Associate to support scaling up priority international regions through partnerships, as well as on and offline campaigns.
The role is based in Milan and sits within our International Marketing team and will focus on accelerating international growth.
How you’ll contribute Drive regional growth across priority markets, owning the full marketing mix, performance analysis, and leadership reporting.
Identify, negotiate, and activate partnerships with regional influencers, athletes, podcasts, sports clubs and brand collaborators to build relevance and trust with target audiences.
Support brand localization and messaging, working with local contractors to adapt Eight Sleep’s communication assets, including the website, emails, and paid campaigns, for cultural and language relevance.
Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to optimize digital performance across Meta, Google, Snap, and affiliate channels through creative testing, bidding strategy, and data-driven experimentation.
Plan and execute offline activations (e.

product showcases, events, retail partnerships, club pop-ups) to elevate brand presence and generate high-impact product experiences.
Secure and maximize media coverage in premium regional outlets to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Conduct market analysis, identifying regional trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities to inform positioning and campaigns.
Own marketing reporting, delivering synthesized insights, KPI tracking, and clear next steps to guide strategic decisions.
Provide on-the-ground support for white-glove Pod installations and product onboarding for key VIP partners and ambassadors.
