Job Description As an Intern in  Account Services, depending on project assignment, you will support AM/SAM/ADs liaising with their international clients on global/regional projects, providing them with excellent service and care.

Support the project lead in the execution of the operational project tasks Organization & set-up of meetings (int/ext) Managing meeting minutes/contact reports Follow-up on task advancement with the internal team members Weekly check of the team’s timesheet reports and project burn report advancement Supporting testing/QA activities PowerPoint templating Any other operational needs Qualifications Educated to a degree level - ideally in communication/marketing, economy, biology/pharmacy and/or other scientific pathway) Very good knowledge of the English language, written and spoken (B2/C1) Good knowledge of the MS Office package is a must, Project Management tools a plus Management of priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team Client-oriented and inventive Good communication skills Strong attention to detail Flexibility and determination Additional Information OUR CULTURAL BELIEFS   Patient Minded I act with the patient’s best interest in mind.
