As Workforce Analyst - Intern you will support the Workforce Analysis Manager in activities related to workforce analysis planning and HC optimization.
This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis and strategic workforce management while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
You will develop a professional background in an innovative corporate environment and you will access to tools and resources to gain practical skills in workforce analysis.
You will also have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to strategic projects.
Job Description Essential Responsabilities Data Analysis Support.
ssist in collecting organizing and analyzing workforce data using tools such as Excel and analytics software Reporting.
repare reports and presentations to support the teams strategic decisions Collaboration.
ork closely with the Workforce Analysis Manager and other team members to ensure the success of workforce planning initiatives Research and Benchmarking.
onduct research on best practices to improve workforce management processes Operational Support.
ssist in daily departmental activities including document management and communication with other business teams Qualifications/Requirements Degree in Engineering Economics Statistics Business Administration or related field Interest in data analysis Knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel) and preferably familiarity with analytics tools such as Power BI or similar.
