assisting and participating in all aspects of deal origination and execution; conduct deep-dive research into industries and market trends to identify attractive investment themes; support evaluation of investment opportunities through industry research, market mapping, and financial analysis conduct due diligence, including financial modelling, company analysis, competitive benchmarking, and market assessments; assist in all aspects of deal execution, including structuring, valuation and documentation; build and maintain detailed financial models to support investment theses and valuation work; monitor portfolio company performance, reviewing monthly/quarterly reporting, and assessing corporate initiatives; partner with management teams to drive value creation, including m&a, operational initiatives, and strategic planning; prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal investment committee review; build and maintain intermediary relationships; represent the firm professionally in external meetings and industry events.
competenze ed esperienza main requirements.
bachelor or master's degree in finance/economics/business administration or engineering; 2-5 years of experience gained in private equity funds or investment bank; excellent analytical ability including financial modelling skills; demonstrable level of commercial and investment judgement; outstanding written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial mentality - able to work collaboratively in small team environments across multiple geographies, with presence and personality to build relationships across all levels of seniority; organised, confident, mature, dynamic, sociable, able to network effectively; driven, energetic, entrepreneurial, self-starter, able to work independently, whilst able to take guidance and instructions from other team members; excellent predisposition to achieve goals, problem solving, dynamism, flexibility, professional standing and team spirit and initiative; italian and english proficient (written and verbal); experience in healthcare or business services a plus but not a requirement.
