IT BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGER - SAP MANUFACTURING -

Reporting to the Corporate Service Delivery Area Leader, the role will include the following responsibilities.
Maintain the relationship with the business, monitoring the IT services provided in terms of projects, enhancements, and incidents.
Propose improvements and work jointly with the business area on prioritization, among other tasks.
Project management.
estimation (costs, resources, and time), monitoring, and risk management, following the department's quality plan methodology.
Act as the point of contact with the BPO/Key User of the business process under their responsibility, performing requirements analysis and solution implementation.
Coordinate and monitor developments with programming teams.
Conduct preventive maintenance and identify improvement actions, as well as define the technological and functional evolution within their area of responsibility (systems roadmap).
Prioritize demand in line with defined service levels and the priorities of the corresponding business area.
Ensure that the necessary documentation exists for the supported processes.
Act as System Owner for the systems under their responsibility.
Knowledge.
Functional and Process Knowledge.
Master data management.
Materials, BOM & Routings, Work Centers, Batch, WM Procurement & Production, Material Costing, Warehouse Management, Inventory Planning, Quality Assurance Integration with production applications (LIMS, PAS-X, Ortems, etc.) Technical Knowledge.
Functional knowledge of SAP MM, SAP PP, SAP WM, QM, SAP CO-PC S/4HANA Jira
