IT TECHNICAL COORDINATOR AND TECHNOLOGY TEACHER

This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the school’s technological infrastructure and providing quality technology education to students.
We are looking for a professional with basic knowledge in networks, WiFi configuration, and operating systems, along with strong learning capabilities and a readiness to act as the local liaison with the school’s IT service providers.
Responsibilities.
1.
Technical Coordination.
•Oversee the operation and maintenance of the school’s technology infrastructure, including networks, WiFi systems, and devices.
•Collaborate with local IT companies to manage issue resolution and coordinate infrastructure improvements.
•Document and manage the inventory of the institution’s equipment and software.
2.
Teaching.
•Teach technology classes to students, designing and developing engaging and practical content to promote the learning of digital skills.
•Stay updated on educational and technological trends to enrich classes and inspire students in the field of technology.
3.
Technical Support.
•Provide basic technical support to teachers and staff to resolve everyday issues related to networks, WiFi, and operating systems.
•Coordinate the setup and updating of devices (computers, tablets, projectors, etc.) for classroom use.
Requirements.
•Basic knowledge in networks (router and switch configuration), WiFi, and operating systems (Windows, MacOS, and/or Linux).
•Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively, especially as a liaison between the school and local IT service providers.
•Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and tools.
•Teaching experience and a passion for education in the technology field.
•Problem-solving skills with a proactive and organized approach.
