What Youll Be Doing As a Customer Advisor youll help Italian-speaking customers with their questions always with empathy patience and a smile.
Youll be guided by training supported by your team and grow your skills every day.
Your daily tasks will include.
Answering customer questions via phone email or chat Helping people solve everyday issues (training will be provided!) Keeping things friendly clear and professional Learning how to use tools and systems that make your job easier Being a brand ambassador customers can count on You Dont Need Experience Just the Right Mindset Youre a fluent Italian You speak English at a conversational level (B2) Youre comfortable using a computer and willing to learn Youre ready to work in rotating shifts (morning/evening/weekends) Youre positive patient and enjoy talking to people Youre open to new challenges and want to grow Bonus points if.
Youve worked in retail hospitality or any customer-facing role Youve helped friends/family with tech problems or enjoy solving small issues How Well Support You From day one youll receive.
