Important.
This is a fully remote role but you must be residing in Greece (Athens or elsewhere).
If youre not yet living in Greece we offer a full relocation package to help you settle in smoothly.
What Youll Do Support Italian-speaking customers via phone chat and email with professionalism and empathy Troubleshoot technical and service issues (full training provided) Keep accurate records and help improve the customer experience Collaborate with a young international and dynamic team What Were Looking For Italian (C2) and English at least B2 level Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Positive attitude curiosity and eagerness to learn No previous experience required we will train you Must be residing or willing to relocate to Greece (remote work only from Greece) What We Offer Competitive monthly salary Flexible remote work only from Greece Relocation package included.
