Manage and guide development teams Lead and manage development teams, including assigning tasks and monitoring progressInteract with stakeholders to understand their problems and needsCollaborate with other teams to integrate new features and improvementsEnsure code quality and performance in compliance with coding standards and technical designLead problem-solving discussions with the teamSupervise and review the work of team membersIdentify potential improvements to existing development processesAssist in removing impediments to progressYOUR PROFILEAt least 5 years of experience in the role within structured companies; Proven work experience as a Java Technical Lead or similar roleStrong experience with Java and its associated technologies, like J2EE, JDBC, Spring, Hibernate, etc.
xcellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)Experience with test-driven development.
Knowledge of software testing principles and experience in writing unit tests using frameworks like JUnitExperience in designing, developing, and deploying software solutions using Java technologiesStrong problem-solving skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve complex software issuesAbility to document requirements and specificationsLeadership skills to guide and mentor a team of software developers, ensuring efficient project executionExcellent communication skills for coordinating with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure that project requirements are clearly understood and metExperience in agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong analytical skills for understanding business requirements and translating them into technical specificationsKnowledge of the English language at a professional level.
