We are an innovative and fast-growing startup that wants to innovate the shaving and body-care industry and that loves to break todays standards.
Were looking for a Junior Graphic Designer that will be responsible to support maintain and shine our branding! You will support the ideation and execution of the brand voice look and feel at various touch points to ensure consistency and continuity.
You will be overseeing graphic design related to packaging digital and retail channels internal communication and corporate identity ensuring that the visual strategy is aligned across the whole brand.
Important information.
Full-time curricular internship (you must be currently enrolled in University) 6 months Remote quarterly in-person meetings at our offices Milan.
If based in Milan in-office presence twice a week Please upload your portfolio Tasks Support the team in creating visual content and assets for Flers channels including email social media ecommerce and trade marketing materials Assist with designing marketing materials such as banners presentations social media graphics Help ensure Flers visual brand guidelines are followed across digital materials Support artwork preparation for print and packaging Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and assist with concept development Help with creative research benchmarking and gathering market inspiration Support other teams with image research and visual references Learn about brand strategy while working on real projects Requirements Bachelors degree or currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design Communication Design Art or other related fields Passionate about design craft and sweating the small details Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames A hands-on self-starter who is comfortable with fast turnarounds and tight timelines Clear and effective communication skills - you mean what you say and say what you mean An advocate and ambassador for Flers core values Experience with Adobes Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign) and Keynote Basic motion graphic experience is a plus! Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Italian & English Benefits Our philosophy is simple.
