We are looking for a Junior HR Generalist (Internship) to join our office in Milan.
Responsibilities.
Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle with a focus on interview scheduling.
Coordinate and communicate with candidates and hiring teams throughout the hiring process to create and ensure a positive experience.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress.
Collaborate with hiring managers recruiters and HR providing support in administrative tasks communication and recruiting efforts.
Organize and participate job fairs and recruitment events.
Promote Prysmians employer brand by sharing our values culture and opportunities with potential candidates.
Provide support to HR and recruiting teams as needed.
You are the right fit if you have/are.
Fluent in English and Italian Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills Decision making attitude critical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong teamwork skills results oriented and ambitious mindset What we offer you.
