Our Software House Line (SHL) supports the digital transformation process of banks and insurance companies through the development of products able to analyze ever-increasing amounts of data of various types.
In addition, characteristics such as scalability, resilience, and ability to evolve are paramount requirements for the success of a project or product.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
Develop robust and scalable Python code to implement back-end application components for an analytics platform Participation in continuous improvement of production processes and technology innovation Participation in analysis sharing, problem solving, technical analysis, implementation, testing and documentation activities as part of development projects assigned to the team Application of Lean and Agile practices Join a dynamic and motivated environment, within an established and specialized team REQUIREMENTS.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or equivalent Knowledge of Python for back-end product development Familiarity with TDD practices, Unit Testing, Continuous Integration PREFERRED SKILLS.
Knowledge of Pandas, NumPy and SciPy frameworks Knowledge in managing/modeling NO-SQL databases (MongoDB), knowledge of technologies and languages in Big Data/ML, Docker/Kubernetes, distributed architecture and/or microservices SOFT SKILLS.
Aptitude for working in a flexible and dynamic team environment Problem-solving and relational skills Good knowledge of written and spoken English LOCATION.
