YOUR ROLE AT ZEGNA As Junior Retail Merchandiser, based in Milan, you will bring your unique strengths to the EMEA Merchandising Team, helping us support the regional execution of the Merchandising strategy and optimize the retail network’s performance.
You’ll work closely with Retail, Visual Merchandising, Marketing & CRM, and Global Merchandising teams to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow.

Analyze sales and stock trends to drive stock optimization and product rotation Train the retail store network on product knowledge, brand storytelling, styling, and strategic alignment Monitor the competitive landscape to identify brand opportunities and improvement areas Gather feedback from stores and provide insights for future product and collection development Support business growth across the network using target-based strategies and timely corrective actions Collaborate with the regional VM team to tailor store setups to local needs Leverage CRM insights to support commercial strategies, such as boosting low-performing items or maximizing key moments WHO YOU ARE This is how you show up.
You bring 1-2 years of experience in a merchandising or retail related role preferably within the luxury sector You’re skilled in in data analysis, presentation tools, and have a solid understanding of retail dynamics You’re known for your strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally You thrive when connecting analytical insights with commercial actions in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
You communicate fluently in English and feel confident working in diverse teams.
