Knitwear & Jersey Purchasing Intern
Overview
IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY | FULL-TIME | 6 MONTHS
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Knitwear & Jersey Purchasing Intern to join our Purchasing department at our Global HQ in Milan.
Your Impact
In this role, you will support the team in the following tasks:
• Data entry in PLM and Stealth: coding material and color master data, checking stock availability
• Assisting with purchase orders to jersey suppliers (samples, prototypes, collections, press items), following up on order confirmations and timely shipments
• Sending color references to suppliers and following up on labdip submissions within agreed deadlines
• Updating the jersey color archive book with new entries
Qualifications
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent command of English
• Familiarity with PLM and Stealth systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Good communication skills
