The area is structured into Operations, Center of Excellence, and Business Partner teams, which are responsible for ensuring that all processes are executed with excellence Descrição da posição | Responsabilidades - Manage training cohort logistics.
send invitations, track attendance, monitor engagement through structured tracking systems; - Manage participant data using Excel, survey form trackers, and/or digital platforms, ensuring records are accurate and up to date; - Create and share simple reports for follow up, updating the training inbox, and handling related requests; - Assist in creating briefings, mapping courses, and providing system support; - Create requisitions and POs in SAP and monitor payment processes; - Support activities in D&I and promote the theme in internal Communications channels; - Support in organizing live sessions and leadership meetings; assist employees and leaders during performance evaluations and with People Connect-related simple questions.
Perfil | Formação e conhecimentos Spirit of collaboration, proactivity, curiosity, sense of ownership, and respect for differences; Undergraduate student (within at least 1 year and 6 months of availability for an internship) in Business Administration, Psychology, Corporate Pedagogy or related fields; Advanced English (English communication is required, as this position reports to a team based outside Brazil); Hybrid work model (Position based in Porto Alegre, RS).
