Assist in the design and development of learning materials (e.
., presentations, e-learning modules, toolkits, feedback forms) Support the coordination, tracking and logistics of in-person and virtual training sessions Help organize training sessions and update the training catalogue Help maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) and track training participation.
Manage coordination with internal and external stakeholders across targeted projects Support the tracking of suppliers, including entering supplier information into internal systems and monitoring payment progress Analyze learning metrics and assist in preparing reports and dashboards.
Support internal communication campaigns related to learning initiatives Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field Strong interest in L&D, people development, and luxury or fashion industries Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Power Point and Excel is required; familiarity with design tools (e.
., Canva) is a plus Fluent in English (B2/C1); additional languages are a plus Detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills Organizational and project management skills
